• You no longer have to request a repeat prescription from your doctor, we'll do that for you.
• You'll be notified when your medications are ready at the counter, in the medicine dispenser or when you receive the shipment at home

How it works.

Go to your pharmacy's website to:

• Products and services
• Request and order
• Repeat medication
• Choose 'auto-repeat'
• Check to see if your primary care physician is affiliated with the 'auto-repeat'
• If it says 'yes, choose 'sign up'
• Fill out the form and click 'Submit'
• Ready!

Repeat prescription needed?

• For this repeat service, you almost always need a repeat prescription. Only for the contraceptive pill, insulin and diabetic material you need a prescription only once.
• The repeat service is not for all medications that you take in the same quantity for a long time. Some medications such as opiates may not be automatically repeated. We will notify you if this is the case.
• We cannot add a new medicine to the repeat service immediately. This can be done from the second time you get the medicine and it has been prescribed once by your doctor.
• If your medicine runs out too early, will you let us know immediately? We will then coordinate with you why this is and what to do with the dosage.
• Do you still have enough medicine? Then let us know that too. Maybe your dosage has changed? We will adjust this and agree on a new delivery date with you.
• If your dosage changes we would also like to hear this. We will then adjust the automatic delivery of your medicine.
• If you have to stop taking a medicine, please also tell us immediately. We will then stop the automatic delivery for this medicine.
• Do you want to stop the repeat service? Please send an e-mail to the address on the home page of your pharmacy. We will then ensure that the repeat service stops immediately and we will notify your GP.
