We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe with us. To that end, we have some tips and house rules. Will you walk through them? Have any questions? Our team is here for you.
Information
- In the waiting room you will find free leaflets. Feel free to take these with you to read at home.
- Do you have questions? Ask them to us, it's important to us! At the counter, by phone or by e-mail.
- Would you like personal advice and explanations? We are ready for you and help you the way you want.
Privacy
- Photographing, filming and making sound recordings in the pharmacy is not allowed.
- Keep your distance from other customers.
- Do you want more privacy when talking about medications? Let us know and we will use our consultation room.
- Some people have hearing problems, we may have to speak louder to help them. We ask for your understanding for that.
- Sometimes we need your Social Security Number (BSN) and identification to verify that the information matches your medication record.
Respect
In the event of aggression, violence or intimidation, we immediately report it to the police. We then always recover the costs incurred from the offender.
Accessibility
- Is your bike or car out of the way? That way you too can keep the pharmacy easily accessible.
- Minded customers get priority for a seat.
- We offer various services so that you can receive your medication as easily as possible. Ask for the possibilities.
- Auxiliary dogs are welcome.
Theft
- In the event of theft and vandalism, we will immediately report it to the police.
- Do you take care of your own property? The pharmacy is not liable for theft by or from customers.
- Possession of weapons is strictly prohibited.
Other
- Smoking and the use or being under the influence of alcohol and recreational drugs we do not allow.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The pharmacy has the right to bar visitors in case of undesirable behavior.
- Cell phone use (apps, games) is allowed. But without sound.
