How does it work?

  1. As soon as you run out of medication, we will request a new prescription for you from the doctor.
  2. If your doctor agrees, we will make your medication ready for use.
  3. When is your order ready? You can see that below at 'Prescription processing times'.
Not all medications can be repeated automatically. We will contact you in that case.

New user of Your Care Online portal or app?

Some drugs are excluded from online repeat. If you repeat such a drug, you will receive a message from your pharmacy.

How does it work?

Repeat medication is best ordered through www.uwzorgonline.nl or through the YourZorgOnline app. If that doesn't work (yet), you can use the form below to request your repeat medication. Only request repeat medication if the packaging states that there are still repeats available. If that is not the case, order your medication from your (family) physician.

Not all medications are eligible to repeat themselves. We will coordinate that with you.

Prescribers

All general practitioners in Flushing agree to this, although it does not apply to all medications. Patients are automatically included in the repeat service unless they indicate they do not want this.

Processing times recipes

Medication given to you for the first time can generally be picked up the same day. Repeat medication will be ready for you the next working day after 14.00 hrs. If we have your e-mail address and telephone number, you will receive a message when the medication is ready for you.
