Customers can visit pharmacy Wijhe in several ways. For the customer who likes personal contact, there is the physical pharmacy. For the online-minded customer, there are digital options for purchasing products and services.
Customers want competent and customer-oriented service by well-trained and knowledgeable staff who work verifiably according to guidelines and professional standards. Customers expect pharmacies to play their role in preventive care. (e)Health has become more important. The pharmacy uses eHealth applications for this purpose.
Medication guidance and care contacts of the complex patient are preferably experienced by appointment and in person at the pharmacy or at the patient's home. Low-complex care can additionally be delivered digitally or remotely, but does not replace personal physical contact moments in the pharmacy.
The delivery of medication is largely automated and partly outsourced. The customer chooses whether to pick up the medication or have it delivered by Wijhe Pharmacy.
As sustainability has become increasingly important, Wijhe Pharmacy will also include sustainability in its decisions as an important assessment criterion.
