Customers can reach Wijhe Pharmacy in a variety of ways. For customers who prefer personal contact, there is the brick-and-mortar pharmacy. For customers who prefer online shopping, there are digital options for purchasing products and services.
Customers want to receive knowledgeable and customer-focused assistance from well-trained and expert staff who work in a verifiable manner in accordance with guidelines and professional standards. Customers expect the pharmacy to fulfill its role in preventive care. (e)Health has become more important. The pharmacy uses eHealth applications for this purpose.
Medication counseling and care interactions for patients with complex needs are preferably conducted by appointment and in person at the pharmacy or at the patient’s home. Low-complexity care can also be provided digitally or remotely as a supplement, but it does not replace in-person interactions at the pharmacy.
Medication delivery is largely automated and partially outsourced. Customers choose whether to pick up their medication themselves or have it delivered by Apotheek Wijhe.
As sustainability has become increasingly important, Apotheek Wijhe will also incorporate sustainability as a key criterion in its decision-making.
