In order to provide you with the best possible care, we take great care and attention to preparing your medications. When your doctor sends a prescription to our pharmacy, we take several steps to ensure that your medication is ready for pickup:

• Ordering Your Medication:

We order the medication you need so that we have it in stock when you come to pick it up.

• Prepare the Medication:

One of our staff will grab the medication for you and make sure everything is in order.

• Control:

A second staff member carefully checks your medication to make sure everything is correct.

• Contact with doctor:

Sometimes we need to contact your doctor for additional information or to find an alternative if a medication is not available.

All these actions take time and resources. This is why we have instituted a no-show rate of €9.92 for situations when a prepared prescription is not picked up. This rate helps us cover costs and ensure that we can continue to provide our services at a high level.

We understand that sometimes there may be unexpected circumstances that you cannot pick up your medication. Should this be the case, please contact us as soon as possible. Together we can then schedule a new pickup time or discuss other solutions.
