House Rules
For your safety and that of the pharmacy staff, house rules have been established.
House Rules Spaarndammer Pharmacy
As a pharmacist, I would like to create a safe and pleasant environment for clients, visitors and employees alike. To achieve this, some house rules have been established. I kindly ask you to respect these rules:
- Clients behave according to generally accepted (decency) norms and values. By this we mean, among other things:
- Let others have their dignity, even if they have different opinions.
- Give each other space for a private conversation.
- Don't touch other people's property.
- Don't harm anything or anyone.
- Mobile calls are only allowed if it relates to your medication.
- Offensive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes aggression, violence and intimidation. This will be reported to the police. In all cases, costs incurred will be recovered from the offender
- Using or being under the influence of alcohol and drugs in the pharmacy is not allowed. Possession of weapons is prohibited.
- Theft and vandalism will not be tolerated. Theft and vandalism will be reported to the police. In all cases, costs will be recovered from the perpetrator.
- Department employees and other attendees may not be filmed or photographed unsolicited. Permission to film/photograph must be requested in advance (in writing).
- The staff may ask you for identification when picking up medications.
I hope you will respect these rules so that we can work together to create a safe and pleasant environment. If you violate these house rules, you may be denied access to the pharmacy (temporarily).
