For your safety and that of the pharmacy staff, house rules have been established.

House Rules Spaarndammer Pharmacy

As a pharmacist, I would like to create a safe and pleasant environment for clients, visitors and employees alike. To achieve this, some house rules have been established. I kindly ask you to respect these rules:

  1. Clients behave according to generally accepted (decency) norms and values. By this we mean, among other things:
    • Let others have their dignity, even if they have different opinions.
    • Give each other space for a private conversation.
    • Don't touch other people's property.
    • Don't harm anything or anyone.
  2. Mobile calls are only allowed if it relates to your medication.
  3. Offensive behavior will not be tolerated. This includes aggression, violence and intimidation. This will be reported to the police. In all cases, costs incurred will be recovered from the offender
  4. Using or being under the influence of alcohol and drugs in the pharmacy is not allowed. Possession of weapons is prohibited.
  5. Theft and vandalism will not be tolerated. Theft and vandalism will be reported to the police. In all cases, costs will be recovered from the perpetrator.
  6. Department employees and other attendees may not be filmed or photographed unsolicited. Permission to film/photograph must be requested in advance (in writing).
  7. The staff may ask you for identification when picking up medications.

I hope you will respect these rules so that we can work together to create a safe and pleasant environment. If you violate these house rules, you may be denied access to the pharmacy (temporarily).
