.We try hard every day to take care of your medication properly, safely and as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes something goes wrong or we are not satisfied. That can happen, of course, but we would like to hear from you. Then maybe we can help you better, now or in the future.
If you have a complaint, it is best to contact the pharmacy. This gives us a chance to resolve it immediately. Indicate that you have a complaint and if you cannot resolve it with the assistant, feel free to ask the pharmacist. If this fails, the next step is to report the complaint. This can be done using the form below: We will then respond in writing or contact you by phone.
If you are still dissatisfied after this and cannot work things out with the pharmacist either, you can always go to the professional group's complaint committee. They may then be able to mediate.
