Change in Invoice Delivery
Starting January 1, 2027, invoices will be sent by a different company, namely Infomedics. As a result, the invoice may look different from what you are used to.
These days, a lot of fake messages with payment links are being sent. How can you verify whether the message you receive is genuine?
- Healthcare provider: A genuine email clearly states which healthcare provider you visited. You can see this in the subject line and the title.
- Salutation: In the email, we address you by your initials and last name, just as your healthcare provider knows you.
- Sender: We only send payment requests from the email address [email protected]. Sometimes you’ll need to click on the name to see the email address.
