What is the automatic repeat service?

With the automatic repeat service, you no longer have to worry about requesting repeat prescriptions yourself.
We keep an eye on you when your medications are running low and request new prescriptions from your doctor in time. We prepare your repeat medication and you will automatically receive a message from us when the new medication is ready for you.

Some drugs are excluded from online repeat. If you repeat such a drug, you will receive a message from your pharmacy.

Processing times recipes

As soon as your prescription is ready, you'll get a message. If you're getting something for the first time, it's usually on the same day, for a repeat prescription it's usually the next business day.
