What is the repeat service?

The repeat service means that all medications that you have been taking for a long time are automatically prepared for you at the same time every 3 months.
You no longer have to request prescriptions from your doctor, we do this for you!

Benefits:

  1. You never forget to order something again.
  2. You only have to go to the pharmacy to pick up these drugs up to 4 times a year.
  3. You will be notified automatically that they are ready, by mail and / or text message. Or if you do not have a mail or cell phone, you will get them delivered automatically.
  4. If you have a shortage of a drug, we supplement it ourselves at your request.
  5. The chance of errors is virtually zero.

Instruction

If you receive too much of a certain drug because the package size contains just a little bit more than for 3 months, then there comes a time when you have an extra box left over. When you pick up the next delivery, you will indicate that a box of that medicine does not need to be delivered. We will then take that from the new delivery and of course we will not declare that box. Then that drug will automatically run in step with the rest.

And if you are uncertain about the security of supply, we offer to supply an extra quarter of all drugs. Then you will always have a quarter in stock in case resources are not available.

Changes in your medications?

Please report changes in your medications to us right away. Then we will adjust your medication profile for you so that next time you get just enough for a quarter and not too much or too little. Changes we fortunately also receive from the family doctors, but we would also like to hear from you.

Holidays

Are you on vacation at a time when your medication will be ready again? Would you please let us know on time, preferably 3 weeks in advance? Then we will arrange for you to receive your medication earlier.
