House rules

The Maasduinen Pharmacy has set up house rules, because several clients may be present in the pharmacy at the same time. With these house rules, the pharmacy wants to prevent accidents, incidents and confusion with the aim of creating a safe and pleasant environment for clients, visitors as well as employees.

.

Liability

The pharmacy cannot be held liable for loss or theft. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you leave valuables at home. Also, do not leave valuables unattended in your car or near your bicycle.

Agression, violence and intimidation

Clients behave in accordance with generally accepted (decency) norms and values. The pharmacy reserves the right to request persons exhibiting offensive behavior to leave the premises. Aggression, violence and intimidation are not accepted in our pharmacy. This will be reported to the police. In all cases the costs incurred will be recovered from the offender.

.

Theft and vandalism

Theft and vandalism are reported to the police. In doing so, the perpetrator of the crime will be turned over to the police. In all cases, the costs incurred will be recovered from the perpetrator.

.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed due to possible allergy complaints from other pharmacy visitors. An assistance dog, of course, is.

Privacy and photo or film recordings

Please respect the privacy of other clients and employees. You may take photographs or film recordings for private use or to share via (social) media only with the pharmacist's permission and if the people in the picture have given their prior consent.

Smoking

Smoking in our pharmacy is prohibited. This also applies to the e-cigarette.

Disabled

In the pharmacy, it is good practice that disabled clients are given priority seating.

If you violate the house rules, you may be denied (temporarily) access to the pharmacy.
