Warning: Fake emails sent in the name of BENU —> DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING
Scammers are currently sending out fake emails. These emails appear to come from the BENU pharmacy chain. If you receive an email like this, do not click on anything—not links, not buttons, and do not open any attachments. Delete the email immediately.
Our pharmacy is not part of BENU
Our pharmacy is affiliated with Netwerk Apotheken. We are therefore not a BENU pharmacy. Nevertheless, we want to warn you. You, too, could receive a fake email like this, because scammers send these messages to a large number of people at once.
We also do not send you emails with links that ask you to log in or pay immediately. If you’re unsure about a message that appears to be from us, do not click on the links. Call or send a message to our pharmacy to verify it.
Most important rule: DO NOT CLICK
Never click on links or buttons in an email if:
- You weren’t expecting the message.
- You’re told to act quickly, such as logging in or making a payment.
- You’re being asked for personal information or banking details.
- The sender’s email address looks strange.
- You’re not sure if the message is real.
What should you do if you receive a suspicious email?
- Don’t click on anything. Not on links, not on buttons, not on images.
- Do not open any attachments.
- Do not enter any information.
- Delete the email immediately.
Did you click on something or enter any information anyway?
- Did you enter your bank information? Call your bank immediately.
- Did you enter other information? If so, change your password immediately.
- Scan your computer or phone with an antivirus program.
- Report the fraudulent email to the Fraud Help Desk at www.fraudehelpdesk.nl. This way, you’ll be helping others, too.

Starting July 1, Maasduinen Pharmacy will be closed on Saturdays
To ensure weekend service in the region going forward, pharmacies in the Land van Cuijk and North Limburg will now organize this service from a single central location.
Outside of our business hours, you can bring urgent prescriptions to Apotheek Maasheggen, located in the Maasziekenhuis in Beugen.
During our business hours, Monday through Friday, you are welcome to visit Apotheek Maasduinen. In addition, our pickup lockers are always open, 24 hours a day.

We’re happy to assist you and guide you in taking your medications.
You can reach us with your questions in several ways: through the website, by email, by phone, or in person at the pharmacy.
Don’t hesitate to contact us: we’re the medication experts who can explain what medications are used for, what effects they have, how to take them, and what you need to keep in mind.
Of course, we ensure that all your medications are compatible with one another. But we do so much more!
For your convenience, we have four self-service dispensing machines, allowing you to pick up your medications even outside of business hours. See “Dispensing Locations” below.
In addition, we offer a refill service for medications you take long-term. We’ll arrange the prescription with your primary care physician, and you’ll automatically receive an email or text message letting you know your medication is ready to be picked up wherever you prefer.
You’re also welcome to visit our pharmacy for a personal medication consultation. The pharmacist will take plenty of time to answer your questions. We do ask that you make an appointment in advance at [email protected]

Our pharmacy is staffed by skilled, empathetic professionals. At our pharmacy, you’ll always receive personalized explanations and guidance regarding your medications, medical devices, and over-the-counter products.
Our pharmacy team consists of 8 pharmacy technicians, 1 pharmacy technician in training, 4 support staff members, an administrative assistant, 2 delivery drivers, a pharmaceutical manager, and a pharmacist.
The pharmacy technicians and pharmacist regularly take courses to stay well-trained and up to date on the latest developments.
