How does it work?
The medication is prepared by us in the usual way and then placed in the pickup box.
You will then receive an email containing a pickup code. Note: this may arrive in the junk or spam inbox!
With the pickup code and your date of birth, you can pick up the medication. If you want someone else to pick up the medication you can give this information to that person.
If you come outside our opening hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm) you can also use the pickup code to open the front door.
Enter the pickup code at the box to the left of the front door. If the package belonging to that pickup code is indeed in the machine the door will open.

Follow the instructions on the large screen of the collection machine. First it will ask for the pickup code and then for verification of your day and month of birth. If payment is due, the machine will ask you to pay at the pinter terminal. If the invoice is paid, the corresponding package will be fetched and at the instruction of the automat you can grab it at the bottom behind the flap
(note: some force is needed to open the flap!).
To open the front door again, press the gray "door-open button" on the wall to the right of the front door. The front door will then open.

No problem. Just come within our business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm) and report to the front desk, we will walk you to the machine.
Restrictions on using the dispenser:
- it cannot hold items that need to be kept refrigerated.
- Does the dispensing need explanation, for example, for a new medication? Then it cannot be in the collection machine.
- there must be an e-mail address of yours known to the pharmacy. You may always provide it by WhatsApp at number 0497-384977. Please include your name and date of birth so we know who the information belongs to.
