Come to pick up your recipe? A few tips:

• Check our opening hours
• Take your prescription with you or make sure your doctor sends it digitally to the pharmacy
• Check in advance if your medication is already ready
• Prepairing medication takes time. We ask for your patience
• You will receive an email as soon as your medication is ready at the pharmacy. Provided your email address is known to us
• Don't want to wait? Then ask what other pick-up options are available
• Listen carefully to the explanation from the pharmacist or assistant at the counter, about the use of your medication
• Ask questions if you don't understand something about the dosage or possible side effects
• Check your insurance to know if the medication will be reimbursed
• Follow the instructions for use carefully to promote your health and avoid side effects
