House Rules Pharmacy de Lier

In order to create and maintain a safe and pleasant environment for both visitors and staff, the following house rules apply:

• Everyone should behave according to the generally accepted (decency) norms and values.
• Agressive and disrespectful behavior, in any form, will not be tolerated.
• Frustrations and complaints will be voiced at the appropriate counter, in the case of reimbursements, you should be with your health insurance company that has chosen the policy.
• Personal orders should be taken.
• The pharmacy reserves the right to request persons who exhibit offensive behavior to leave the premises.
• The privacy of both other visitors and the pharmacy staff should be respected. Therefore, please keep your distance.
• In the pharmacy, it is good practice that disabled clients are given priority seating.
• The pharmacy is not liable for theft of visitors' property.
• We will report theft.
• Vehicles should be parked in the designated spaces.
• In case of emergencies, the instructions of the staff or the competent authorities (fire department, police) should be followed.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Making video, audio or video recordings in the pharmacy is not allowed
• Pets are not allowed in the pharmacy, this does not apply to assistance dogs.
