Services through participating pharmacies

Network Pharmacies offers you the opportunity to:

  • enroll online at one of the collaborating pharmacies of Network Pharmacies;
  • request repeat medication from one of the participating pharmacies. This can also be done via the Medgemak application and/or by telephone. Via the website, fill out the form or use the digital environment via home.myhealth.net;
  • request a medication review at one of the participating pharmacies;
  • request a medication consultation to manage the effect of your therapy and prevent incorrect medication use. Medication misuse is more common among people who take more than five medications. This is why the Public Health Inspection requires the pharmacy to conduct a monitoring interview with you. This can be done at the pharmacy or at your home;
  • request a medication roll if you use multiple medications and the intake schedule is difficult for you. The pharmacy assesses whether a medication roll is appropriate for you. If the medicine roll is appropriate, the pharmacy asks your doctor for permission. You get the medication packaged either at your pharmacy or delivered to your home;
  • you sign up to pick up medication at a medication vending machine;
  • have medication delivered to your home free of charge for urgent orders and/or chronic medication.

To do this, we need your personal data, which we process through forms on the website. The pharmacy is then the processing controller for the data received and the further processing of your registration, request for repeat medication or a medication summary.
