Delivery service
Costs
We offer for all customers of our pharmacy, one free delivery for medications with a WMG fee. Self-care drugs are delivered free only if other medication also goes with them.
Delivery times
We deliver with bicycle couriers. They deliver medication Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. On weekends we deliver to our customers with a medication roll. This is done on Saturday or Sunday from 10:00 a.m.
.Not at home?
If you are not at home when one of our deliverymen attempts to deliver, of course that can happen. If you have signed a letterbox statement, we may still be able to deliver the medication to you.(You can find the letterbox statement here). However, sometimes the package is too large or we do not have this statement. You can then pick up the medicines at the pharmacy. It will then be ready the next working day. You can also ask if we can deliver again, for an extra delivery attempt we do charge a fee of 4 euros.
Outlying area
If you live far out of town or in a smaller town outside our location, we deliver only on selected days. We work with bicycle couriers for which the distance is too great. On Mondays and Fridays we also have a delivery driver driving around by car. On these days we can bring your medication. On other days you can of course just get the medication at the pharmacy.
