About us

We are part of the Hout & Utrecht Pharmacies. A collaboration of 5 pharmacies. Together we work every day to help you. We try to take steps every week/month/year to better serve you and improve care. We are ambitious and want to work towards our mission and vision.

Our mission is:
To offer the best pharmaceutical care and services in Utrecht and Houten.

Our vision is:
To provide the patient with good pharmaceutical care in a way that is convenient for the customer and to be the first point of contact for the customer for all drug questions.

We are working hard to serve you ever better in the (near) future and realize our vision and mission. We realize that there are still steps to take. Some problems are unfortunately also bigger than our organization; such as medicines that are not available or policies of the government and/or health insurers. We can only inform you about these but cannot solve everything for you.

The Team

The team consists of a group of pharmacy assistants, staff and pharmacists. They are ready to answer your questions and take care of your medication. They are in close contact with the general practitioners and specialists who prescribe prescriptions. Doctors are contacted several times daily to discuss problems and make sure everything is safe. Most of the time, you won't even notice.
