Sustainability in pharmacy

What do we do as pharmacies

• We pay attention to reducing energy consumption and resource consumption
• Our bicycle couriers deliver as many packages as possible
• We are actively engaged in preventing unnecessary use of medications (e.g., reducing unnecessary antibiotics, stopping medication when possible and focusing on proper use)
• The environment is taken into account when choosing a medicine

What can you do as a client

• Please bring your own bag when you come to pick up medication
• Medicines left over? Don't let the environment down and return them to your pharmacy
  • Residual lactulose and non-drug creams (such as petroleum jelly or cetomacrogol cream) may be disposed of with regular household waste.
  • Please remove boxes and package inserts when handing in drug residues (this way you avoid unnecessary small chemical waste) and labels for privacy reasons.
• Come and pick up the medications (by bike or on foot) if you can (tip: we have lockers 24/7!)
