How does it work?
This repeat form allows you to easily order your prescriptions if you still have a valid repeat prescription. For repeat pill, insulin and aids, you do not need a repeat prescription and can use this form.

How does it work?
- You call the repeat line. The number is on the label of your medicine box.
- You key in the number that is on the label of the medicine you want to repeat.
- If your doctor agrees, we prepare your medicine for use.
- When is your order ready? You can see that below at 'Prescription processing times'.
- You will receive a message as soon as your medicine is ready or will be delivered to your home.
Processing times
As soon as your prescription is ready, you'll get a message. If you're getting something for the first time, it's usually the same day, for a repeat prescription it's usually the next business day.
