Care and logistics separated
In our pharmacies, the focus is increasingly on customer contact, both pharmacies are located in a medical center. How do you help someone in the best possible way? We ensure peace on the shop floor by organizing most of the logistical work centrally. No constant phone distracting, no endless list of logistical tasks. Only rush orders are handled locally - the rest goes through our central facility as much as possible. That way you keep the space to focus on the patient, with time and attention.
Institutional care
In addition to regular pharmacy care, we also handle the medication of several medium and large healthcare institutions and the reception site of Ukrainian refugees.
Training place
In addition, we are a recognized training place: we train pharmacists, pharmacy assistants as well as pharmacy specialists. We believe it is important to invest in people and in the future of pharmacy.
No chain, but commitment
Our pharmacies are not part of a chain or franchise. Pharmacists are involved in the day-to-day running of the business, and there is always someone available to help out or think along. Initiative and responsibility are appreciated and stimulated.

Future
Our ambition is to expand our central logistics location, to even more relieve and support the pharmacies. This is where order processing takes place, delivery, orders for healthcare facilities, pickup machines.... This centralized approach ensures that you are relieved on the pharmacy floor. In time we also want to centralize telephony, answering emails, digitizing prescriptions more and more.
