How does it work?

This repeat form allows you to easily order your prescriptions if you still have a valid repeat prescription. For repeating pill, insulin and aids, you do not need a repeat prescription and can use this form.

Not all medications are eligible to repeat themselves. We will coordinate that with you.

How does it work?

  1. You call the repeat line. The number is on the label of your medicine box.
  2. You key in the number that is on the label of the medicine you want to repeat.
  3. If your doctor agrees, we prepare your medicine for use.
  4. When is your order ready? You can see that below at 'Prescription processing times'.
  5. You will receive a message as soon as your medicine is ready or will be delivered to your home.
Only if your doctor supports this service will a repeat number appear. If a drug should not be repeated through this service, no number will appear. In that case, call your doctor yourself.

Processing times recipes

As soon as your prescription is ready, you'll get a message. If you're getting something for the first time, it's usually on the same day, for a repeat prescription it's usually the next business day.
