In several pharmacies in Amersfoort (Zielhorst, Kattenbroek, Hoogland and Orion) you can now visit us for a free lifestyle consultation. We help patients to improve their lifestyle. This can not only reduce medication use, but also improve long-term health. Together we look at your current lifestyle and what your wishes are. What goes well and what do you want to change? You learn how you can permanently apply a healthy lifestyle in your daily life.
Why do we do this?
