Do you use medication on a daily basis? Then the pharmacy can keep stock for you and request repeat prescriptions for you. Your medication will then be automatically ordered and prepared for you every 3 months.

Not all medications can be repeated automatically. We will contact you in that case.

Through the app, you can repeat your medication and instantly see if medication is ready. In addition, the app provides you with all the information surrounding your medication use.

Some drugs are excluded from online repeat. Some examples include sleeping tablets and painkillers.

How does it work?

This repeat form allows you to easily order your prescriptions if you still have a valid repeat prescription. For repeating pill, insulin and aids, you do not need a repeat prescription and can use this form.

Not all medications are eligible to repeat themselves. We will coordinate that with you.

If you are registered with Family Medicine Practice Zielhorst, you can request medication by putting your empty boxes or a repeat bill in our prescription box. We will then request a prescription for you from your GP. Your medication will be ready for you after 2 business days, after 2 p.m.

If you turn in multiple boxes, we ask that you bundle them.

If you turn in a repeat bill, make sure it has your:

  • name;
  • address;
  • date of birth;
  • phone number.

The prescription box can be found inside the pharmacy, next to the front door. Outside opening hours, you can use our mailbox outside.

You can pick up your medication at the pharmacy after 2 working days, you will be notified via your email when it is ready
