Apotheek Zielhorst has a medication dispensing machine. The dispenser is safe, simple and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that you can also pick up your medication outside the pharmacy's opening hours. You determine the desired time of pickup.

How does the medication dispensing machine work?

• When your order is ready, we will send you an email with a pickup code.
• The machine has a touch screen. You can enter your date of birth and pickup code by clicking "start" on the screen.
• A box opens automatically. You can remove your order from the box for 20 seconds.

What cannot go in the medication dispensing machine?

• Medications that you are prescribed for the first or second time.
• Medications that must be kept in the refrigerator.
• Products larger than a shoebox.
• Medications that are not reimbursed by your health insurance company.

If you have received an e-mail, your order will be waiting for you in the automat for 4 days.
If you do not succeed in collecting your order within 4 days, it will be removed from the automat. You can then pick up your order in the pharmacy during opening hours.
