How does it work?

  1. If you have a yearly prescription then we automatically put the medication ready , when they run out ( e.g. every 3 months ).
  2. As soon as the medicines are ready you will get a message.
  3. If the yearly prescription has expired then please arrange a new yearly prescription with your doctor ( yearly check ) or specialist.
Not all medications can be repeated automatically. We will contact you in that case.

Some drugs are excluded from online repeat. If you repeat such a drug, you will receive a message from your pharmacy.

Recipe processing times

You will receive a message when it is ready unless we have your email or 06 number.
