How does it work?

When your medication is ready, you will be given a code.
When you get a new medication, we are required to discuss important information about the medication with you. We prefer to do this at the counter, but in some cases we can also do it over the phone. If we have not spoken to you by phone, you can assume that the medication needs to be picked up inside. In the pickup notification by e-mail is whether the medication is ready for you in the dispenser or inside.
Do you owe a co-payment because your medication is not or not fully reimbursed? Then you fill in a direct debit authorization for this.
The service of the medication dispenser is free of charge.
