How does it work?
- You have us prepare your medication every three months. The pharmacy takes care of the request for repeat prescriptions from your general practitioner. The pharmacy has made arrangements with your general practitioner for the request of repeat prescriptions. If necessary, we ask you to request annual prescriptions from your specialist yourself.
- About 2 weeks before a medication runs out, our system gives a signal and the pharmacy starts processing your next order. Aim to have your medication ready again about 1 week before your medication runs out.
- When the automatic repeat service is combined with a verified registered email address, you will receive an automatically generated message, as soon as your medication is ready.
How does it work?
This repeat form allows you to easily order your prescriptions if you still have a valid repeat prescription. For repeating pill, insulin and aids, you do not need a repeat prescription and can use this form.
Collection of Repeat Prescriptions
We strive to prepare repeat medication for you within two business days. (Note: this does not apply to weeks that include a holiday, in which case you must calculate an extra day between ordering and picking up for each holiday). Tip for not having to wait long at the counter: It is possible to receive an automatic pick-up notification by e-mail when your medication is ready. Very convenient if your e-mail address is known to us. Make sure that the automatic messages do not disappear into your spam box. You can also choose to have your medication placed in the pickup machine.
If you aren't able to pick up your medication yourself, you can permit someone else to do so, or use our delivery service.
