As you may have noticed, our service has recently been slower than you have come to expect from us. This is due to the transition of our electronic patient record (EHR) to a new system.

Last period there has been news coverage of the April 7, 2026 cyber attack at Chipsoft. This involved cybercriminals deploying ransomware (hostage software), which encrypted ChipSoft systems. ChipSoft says it took immediate steps to minimize the impact of this incident. Before we switched to our new system, we were also using an EHR from ChipSoft.

Yesterday afternoon ChipSoft informed us that cybercriminals may have accessed our patient data from. We are currently investigating the implications of this information for you. As soon as we can, we will inform patients personally.

We deeply regret this situation and will keep our patients informed of further developments. We depend on ChipSoft for our information, so we refer you to their information page (link).

Would you like flexibility in when you pick up your medication? You can pick up your medication at a time that suits you through a medication dispenser that is 24/7 accessible. This can be done in Op Buuren (J. Homan van der Heideplein) or on the Beethovenlaan in Maarssen.
In addition, you can also pick up your medication during pharmacy opening hours at the medicine dispenser at our pharmacy at Merenhoef 300. We want to expand this further and are looking for a new location for a medicine dispenser.
