The pharmacy provides medications, health and home care products, along with health education, pharmaceutical patient care, and medication counseling. The pharmacy checks whether your medications are safe to use together and whether they are safe to use with
your medical condition(s). To ensure we can maintain a complete record of your care and properly conduct all follow-ups, it is important that you keep us informed of any changes to your medication that you discuss with your doctor. We enter your personal information and medication history into the computer system to ensure these follow-ups are conducted properly.
