Change phone hours effective Dec. 29
Since December 29, our phone hours are changing.
We are available by phone for patients from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., we are not available due to lunch break.

Den Hoorn Pharmacy employs delivery and general support staff in addition to 9 qualified pharmacy assistants.

Over ons
The pharmacy provides the supply of medications, health and home care items combined with education, pharmaceutical patient care and medication counseling. The pharmacy verifies that your medications can be used together and that the medications can be used with
your disease state(s). In order to keep your records complete and to be able to perform all checks properly, it is important that you keep us informed of any changes in your medication that you discuss with the doctor. We record your personal information and medication use in the computer to adequately perform these checks.
