The pharmacy provides medications, health and home care products, along with health education, pharmaceutical patient care, and medication counseling. The pharmacy checks whether your medications can be taken together and whether they are safe to use with
your medical condition(s). To ensure that your records are kept up to date and that all follow-ups are conducted properly, it is important that you keep us informed of any changes to your medication that you discuss with your doctor. We record your personal information and medication use in our computer system so that we can conduct these follow-ups effectively.
