House Rules

Because there are always several clients in the pharmacy at the same time, house rules have been set up by the pharmacy to prevent accidents, incidents and confusion. With the goal of creating and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for clients, visitors and staff alike

  • Clients behave according to generally accepted (decency) norms and values.
  • The pharmacy reserves the right to remove from the premises persons who exhibit offensive behavior.
  • In the pharmacy, it is good practice that disabled clients are given priority seating.
  • The pharmacy is not responsible for the theft of client property
  • Please park your bicycle or car so that everyone can continue on their way undisturbed.
  • Materials in the waiting area are the property of the pharmacy and may not be taken.
  • In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the staff or the appropriate authority (fire department, police).
