Why do I have to go to another pharmacy for emergency medication?

Service Point Planetenbaan has its own medicine supply anymore. For this reason, it must be prepared somewhere else. Hessen Apotheek and Apotheek Bilthoven are happy to do this for you!

How do I know whether I have to go to the Hessen Pharmacy or to the Bilthoven Pharmacy for emergency medication?

Our regular patients have been informed about this by letter. In this letter we have proposed the pharmacy for emergency medication.

The medicine safe

How does the medicine safe work?

When your medication is ready, it will be ready for you in the medicine safe. Via email or SMS you will receive a pickup code that can be used to pick up your medication.
This can be done within the mall's business hours, including Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Use of the safe is not required!
