Please note that it takes approximately 2 business days for your medication to be ready. Therefore, order your medication on time.
For chronic medication, our advice is to order it when you start using the last box.
We are often asked if medication is already ready.
You will automatically receive a text message or email with a code as soon as your medication is ready. Therefore, we ask you not to call the pharmacy.
Have you not received a message after 3 days? Please contact us or stop by the pharmacy.

Change user labels and packaging materials
In order to provide you with your medication faster, we have chosen to use what is known as "Central Filling" pharmacy by November 2025.
This is where we provide the data to be included on the usage label. . The Central Filling pharmacy has been carefully chosen by us.
The use labels look a little different. Other than that, nothing will change for you. The Oversc;hiese pharmacy determines which medication the Central filling pharmacy must package. We will remain your point of contact and will continue to monitor your medication use for you as you are used to.
Please note that it will take 2 business days for your chronic medication to be ready.

When will recipe be ready? Waiting for T&T message
Due to drug shortages and a shortage of staff, it may take longer for your medication to be ready.
We work with Track & Trace messages. When your medication is ready, you will receive a text message and/or an email that you can pick up your medication.
If you pick up your medication via the collection locker, then you can use the code that is in the message to pick up your medication from the locker (on the outside of the pharmacy).
If you always pick up your medication Inside in the pharmacy, then enter the code on the collection kiosk in the pharmacy.
With this quick code, you will then also be helped faster. So we do not work by number order.

We have our own delivery service and a pickup locker where you can pick up your medication 24/7. For emergency prescriptions you can contact us directly.
