From Monday, July 20, through Friday, August 28, the pharmacy will be open from
10:00 to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We are operating with a reduced staff, but we are doing our very best to have your medication ready as soon as possible.
Please allow 2 business days for delivery.
You will receive a text message or email when your medication is ready.

Holidays and Longer Wait Times
Due to medication shortages, the holiday season, and reduced staffing, it may take longer for your medication to be ready.
Please note that it takes about 2 business days for your medication to be ready. Therefore, please order your medication in advance.
For chronic medications, we recommend ordering them when you’re about to start your last package.
We’re often asked if the medication is ready yet.
You’ll automatically receive a text message or email with a code as soon as your medication is ready. That’s why we ask that you not call the pharmacy.
If you haven’t received a message after 3 days, please contact us or stop by the pharmacy.
Want to be served faster?
Enter the code from your text message or email at the pharmacy. You’ll then be served at the express counter.
Changes to User Labels and Packaging Materials
To be able to provide you with your medication more quickly, we have decided to start using the so-called "Central Filling" pharmacy as of November 2025.
For this purpose, we provide the information that must appear on the usage label. . We have carefully selected the Central Filling pharmacy. They will, of course, treat this information confidentially.
The usage labels look slightly different. Otherwise, nothing will change for you. The Oversc;hiese pharmacy determines which medications the Central Filling pharmacy should package. We remain your point of contact and will continue to monitor your medication use for you, just as you’ve come to expect from us.
Please note that it takes 2 business days for your chronic medication to be ready.

When will the prescription be ready? Wait for the T&T message
Due to drug shortages and a shortage of staff, it may take longer for your medication to be ready.
We use Track & Trace notifications. When your medication is ready, you’ll receive a text message and/or an email letting you know you can pick it up.
If you are picking up your medication from the pickup locker, you can use the code provided in the message to retrieve your medication from the locker (located outside the pharmacy).
If you always pick up your medication INSIDE the pharmacy, enter the code at the pickup kiosk inside the pharmacy.
This quick code will allow you to be served more quickly. We do not serve customers in numerical order.

We have our own delivery service and a pickup locker where you can pick up your medication 24/7. For urgent prescriptions, you can come to us directly.
