Clients behave according to generally accepted (decency) norms and values. By this we mean: Let another person have his or her own value, even if they differ in opinion. Give each other space for private conversation. Stay away from other people's property. Do not damage anything or anyone.

The pharmacy reserves the right to remove from the premises persons who display offensive behavior (e.g. aggression, "verbal" violence)

The pharmacy is not liable for theft of client property.

In case of theft of property of the pharmacy, access will be denied and the police will be called.

Leaflets and informational materials in the waiting room can be taken free of charge.

In case of emergencies, please follow the instructions of the staff or the competent authority (fire department, police).

The use of drugs, alcohol and (e)cigarettes is not permitted in the pharmacy.

Clients and visitors carry valid identification, the pharmacy may ask to show it.

Cell phone calls are allowed only if necessary for you. Please call outside the waiting area whenever possible. However, calling customers will not be helped.

You may not film or photograph our pharmacy staff and other attendees unsolicited. If you wish to film/photograph, you must request permission (in writing) in advance. In addition, everyone who appears in the photo or film must also give his/her permission. Making sound recordings and recording conversations with cell phones is also not permitted.
