You’ve been taking the same medications for a long time. These could be chronic medications or, for example, birth control pills. Make sure you don’t run out at home! Sign up now for your pharmacy’s automatic refill service on this website. We’ll make sure you always have your medications on time, and you won’t have to do a thing. You’ll receive a notification when your medications are ready.

How does it work?
On your pharmacy’s website, go to:
- Products and Services
- Requests and Orders
- Refill Prescriptions
- Choose ‘Automatic Refill’
- Fill out the form and click ‘Submit’
- Done!
Need a refill prescription?
- You almost always need a refill prescription for this refill service. Only for the birth control pill, insulin, and diabetes supplies do you need a prescription just once.
- The refill service isn’t available for all medications that you take in the same quantity over a long period of time. Some medications, such as opioids, cannot be automatically refilled. We’ll let you know if this applies to you.
- We cannot immediately add a new medication to the refill service. This is possible starting from the second time you receive the medication and after it has been prescribed once by your primary care physician.
- If you run out of your medications too soon, please let us know right away. We’ll then discuss with you why this happened and what to do about your dosage.
- Do you still have enough medication? Please let us know if that’s the case. Perhaps your dosage has changed? We’ll adjust it and arrange a new delivery date with you.
- If your dosage changes, please let us know. We’ll then adjust the automatic delivery of your medications.
- If you need to stop taking a medication, please let us know right away. We’ll then stop the automatic delivery for that medication.
- Would you like to cancel the refill service? Please send an email to the address listed on your pharmacy’s homepage. We’ll ensure the refill service is canceled immediately and will notify your primary care physician.
