Annual interview in the pharmacy

We believe it is important to have time and attention to your medication use. That is why we want to take more time for you once a year, when a trained pharmacy assistant will discuss your medication. We call this an annual conversation. We expect this conversation to last about 15 minutes. The purpose of the conversation is to review together how your medication is going and if there are any side effects, for example. We also make sure that all medications are back in sync and discuss possible practical problems. There is no charge for the consultation.

As usual, you will receive an email when your repeat service is ready at the pharmacy. When it is your turn for the annual review, the e-mail will contain a link that will allow you to schedule an appointment. You can schedule the appointment at a time that is convenient for you. This can be done in the pharmacy or by phone. The other three times a year, you can pick up your medication from the medication safe or at the pharmacy counter. When your medication is delivered, we will contact you by phone.
