Wat een medicijnautomaat is? Een medicijnautomaat is een grote kast in de apotheek, van waaruit je aan de buitenkant 24 uur per dag en zeven dagen per week je medicijnen kunt afhalen.

Automatische incasso:
Niet alle medicijnen worden vergoed door je zorgverzekeraar. Ook kan het zijn dat je nog openstaande bestellingen hebt die betaald moeten worden. Door het formulier hieronder in te vullen, ontvang je maandelijks een betalingsoverzicht en wordt het bedrag automatisch van je rekening afgeschreven.

Would you like to pick up your repeat medication without having to stand in line or at a time that is convenient for you? Then make use of our safe. Here you can pick up your medication 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How does it work?
Request your medication. Once the medication is ready, we put it in our 24-hour vending machine and you will automatically receive an e-mail with a unique PIN code. You enter this code on the screen of the vending machine, after which the order is issued.

You can also have someone else pick up your medication, by passing on the unique code to your partner or caregiver, for example.

  • Press the "Pick up medication"
  • Please enter the 6-digit pickup code you received by email
  • If necessary, you can pay quickly, safely and contactless
  • Push the dispensing flap back and get your medication out

The medicine safe is not suitable for refrigerator items. You pick those up inside the pharmacy.

How does it work?

  • Press the "OK"
  • Enter the code you received by email
  • Enter your day of birth and month

Please note: each day of the month has its own box.
Example: if your birthday is on the 15th, press 15 instead of 1 and 5.
Press the OK button to confirm

  • Push back the dispensing door and take out your medication
  • When you have taken the order from the box, press the OK button to close the door.
