A medicine without information is not a complete medicine. That's why the pharmacy always provides a package insert. This contains information about how the medicine works and possible side effects. The label reiterates the most important points for use. Furthermore, an explanation is given when the medicine is delivered. If there are any questions afterwards, do not hesitate to contact the pharmacy.
Walk-in consultation
Every Tuesday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. there is a walk-in consultation to discuss all your questions and comments with the pharmacist. You can also make an appointment for a personal meeting with the pharmacist. Your questions can be discussed at your leisure.
