Why are we switching to digital billing?

Digital billing allows us to work more efficiently, saving paper and costs. It is an environmentally friendly solution that allows us to send invoices to you faster and more accurately. It also provides convenience and flexibility for both you and us.

How does digital billing work?

When your e-mail address is known to us, you will receive your invoices digitally via the e-mail address you provided. In the email you will find a PDF file with your invoice. You can open it with your zip code and house number. You can easily save and archive the invoice on your computer or print it out if desired.

How to pay a digital invoice?

At the bottom of the email with your invoice, you will see an iDEAL logo with payment link that allows you to pay the invoice directly. If you are paying via another method, please let us know so we can process the payment for you, otherwise you will receive an unnecessary payment reminder.
