Picking up Medications
- Prescriptions that you request before 3:00 p.m. can be picked up after 2 business days, starting at 12:00 p.m..
- If you request a prescription after 3:00 p.m., it will be ready for you after 3 business days, starting at 12:00 p.m..
- Do you have a new medication or an urgent prescription? Then you can come by right away.

Digital Invoicing
Starting in January 2025, we will be switching to digital invoicing. This means you will receive your invoices digitally via email.
Why are we switching to digital invoicing?
Digital invoicing allows us to work more efficiently and save on paper and costs. It’s an environmentally friendly solution that allows us to send invoices to you faster and with greater accuracy. It also offers convenience and flexibility for both you and us.
How does digital invoicing work?
If we have your email address on file, you’ll receive your invoices digitally at the email address you provided. The email will contain a PDF file with your invoice. You can open it by entering your ZIP code and house number. You can easily save and archive the invoice on your computer or print it out if desired.
How do you pay a digital invoice?
At the bottom of the email containing your invoice, you’ll see an iDEAL logo with a payment link that allows you to pay the invoice immediately. If you pay using a different method, please let us know so we can process the payment for you; otherwise, you may receive an unnecessary payment reminder.
Important information:
- Check your spam filter or junk email folder regularly to ensure that our digital invoices aren’t marked as spam.
- If we do not yet have your email address on file, please let us know.
- If you wish to update your contact information, such as your email address or mailing address, please contact us so we can update your records.
