An Additional Service at the Pharmacy: The Annual Checkup
We believe it’s important to devote time and attention to how you use your medication. That’s why we want to set aside more time for you once a year. One of our trained pharmacy technicians will then sit down with you to discuss your medication. We call this an annual consultation.
We expect this appointment to last about 15 minutes. The purpose of the appointment is to review how your medication is working and whether you are experiencing any side effects, for example. We will also ensure that all your medications are up to date and discuss any practical issues you may have.

If you use our automatic refill service for your medications, you will receive an email next year allowing you to schedule an appointment. You can schedule the appointment at a time that’s convenient for you.

At Apotheek Pelaene Hof, you can pick up your medications and get answers to all your questions about them. We’re also happy to offer advice on over-the-counter medications, carry an extensive selection of retail products (including Vichy, La Roche-Posay, and IXXI), and can provide travel advice.
We work closely with general practitioners and community nurses in and around Woerden. Pelaene Hof Pharmacy also has a Servilocker® that allows you to pick up your medication 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This pickup kiosk is located at Rijnstraat 109 in Woerden. We also now have a pickup kiosk right at the pharmacy. In addition, you can use UwZorgOnline to manage your healthcare matters with your primary care physician or pharmacy online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
