An additional service in the pharmacy: the Annual Interview
We think it is important to have time and attention for the use of your medication. One of our trained pharmacy assistants will talk to you about your medication. We call this an annual consultation.
We expect this conversation to last about 15 minutes. The purpose of the call is to review together how the medication is going and if there are any side effects, for example. We will also make sure that all medications are back in sync and discuss any practical problems.
Pharmaceutical consultation
If you use our automatic repeat service for your medications, you will receive an email next year allowing you to schedule an appointment. You can schedule the appointment at a time that suits you.

The pharmacy employs 2 pharmacists, 7 pharmacy assistants and 3 support staff. Together we make sure you get the right medicines and appropriate care.

Pelaene Hof Pharmacy is the place to go for your medications and all your questions about your medications. We are also happy to advise you on self-care drugs, we have an extensive hand-selling range (including Vichy, La Roche Posay, IXXI) and you can come to us for travel advice.
We work in close cooperation with the general practitioners and district nursing in and around Woerden. Pharmacy Pelaene Hof also has a Servilocker® with which you can pick up your medication 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This collection machine is located at Rijnstraat 109 in Woerden. From now on we also have a collection machine at the pharmacy itself. In addition, you can use UwZorgOnline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to arrange care matters online with your GP or pharmacy.
