Your medication request is easy online and an up-to-date medication overview always with you! With this app (or through the website) you can easily, and directly at the pharmacy order repeat prescriptions and have secure access to your medication overview.

I am a new user and want to start using the app

Instructional video account creation

  • Download the free Your Care Online app.
  • Go through the steps: make sure you add your pharmacy as a Care Provider in your app.
  • You will receive an email to activate the account. Click on the link in the email within 48 hours.
  • After completion you will be notified by us (usually within 1 business day) as soon as you can start.

I'm already using the app for the family doctor and want to use the app for the pharmacy

Important: make sure you add our pharmacy as a Care Provider in your existing Your Care Online app.

  • Open the app on your phone by clicking on the icon.
  • In the app, go to Settings - Account and settings - Manage caregiver(s) - + Add caregiver
  • Go through the steps: after completing them, you will be notified by us (usually within 1 business day) as soon as you can start.
