We approach things a little differently than the average pharmacy. We work according to the "hub model" with 1 central location where a lot happens for logistics. Around it are the pharmacies where we try to make as much time as possible for the customer and focus on care. This is how we separate care and logistics.
In pharmacies, the focus is on the customer. How to help them in the best possible way. Here we try to keep away as much "logistical hassle" as possible. No phone on the shop floor, only prepare emergency orders locally and the first priority is the customer. That way there is peace on the shop floor and you don't go crazy with ringing phones and 10 balls that you have to keep in the air at the same time.
On the other hand, we have the central pharmacy; "the hub" where the focus is on logistics and support for the pharmacies. At the central location we try to unburden the pharmacies as much as possible. We have set up efficient logistics processes to supply the pharmacies from that location. There is always one (or more) pharmacist(s) present to answer staff questions directly, and we have a large team that has various tasks.
Finally, we also have a number of healthcare institutions as customers of our specialized institutional pharmacy. We are affiliated with the TOP institution pharmacies. A network of professional institution pharmacies.
So we have a diverse organization. Whether your heart lies with customer contact, logitsics, institutions or quality. Or you like variety. We can offer you a nice, instructive and professional place.
We also train people, associates, pharmacy assistants, pharmacists and also pharmacists at the specialization stage. We think it is important to contribute to the development of people.
The pharmacies do not belong to a chain or franchise. They are under one owner. The pharmacists in the organization are involved in the daily operations and a pharmacist is always present or accessible. The owner is open to employees' initiatives and likes to give them responsibility.
At the end of the day we make sure that the work is done and everyone can go home on time. One team, one task (to coin a slogan).

We are looking for a Pharmacy Assistant(e).
Our pharmacy group offers a fun, challenging environment where you can develop in a variety of areas. The pharmacy is a modern pharmacy and tries to be at the forefront of the industry. We try to work efficiently and separate logistics and care. In the pharmacy, the focus is on the customer; good customer service and information. In the central facility the focus is on unburdening the pharmacies.
We also supply WLZ institutions for which we work with medimo, which again is very different from the work in the regular pharmacy.
