Medications Repeat
If you need or want to order medication, we always require a valid prescription. There are several ways for you to get a prescription. It can be done digitally or through your doctor or specialist. But we can also arrange it for you through our repeat service, then you no longer have to worry about it, we make sure it is ready for you on time. The repeat service also helps your family doctor and pharmacist, because that's the way that takes the least amount of work. This allows your caregivers to focus on what they love most; providing care.
Digital
The easiest way is by using an app. This is the easiest and safest way for you and for caregivers. There can be no speech confusion from speaking on a tape and you do not have to be on hold on the phone. This also allows the healthcare provider to handle your request when they have time and space. Useful for all parties.
We use the portal myhealth.net and its app on the phone. MedGemak. (Android , Apple). GPs at Leebrug Medical Center and Hofspoor also use this app.
In the future, we are going to work more and more with apps and more is possible. Through mijngezondheid.net you can also send in questions and we can (in the future) keep you better informed regarding your medication.

Repeat service
In the repeat service, we arrange the prescription for your chronic medication; medication that you take for a long time. We make sure that it is ready for you on time and arrange the prescriptions from the doctor. Because we know further in advance that we have to work for you, it also gives us more opportunities to find solutions to problems such as products that are not available.
You can sign up for the repeat service through your family doctor or the pharmacy.
Please note: not all medication can go into the repeat service. To avoid waste, we can only repeat medication with a fixed use through this route. Other medication that you use occasionally or in varying amounts can easily be ordered through the app, or from your GP or specialist.
Repeal through your GP
The alternative is "the old-fashioned way"; that you can also request your prescription through your GP. Check your doctor's website on how to request prescriptions.
If you have just come from the doctor:
Then the doctor usually digitally sends the prescription directly to us, it may take a few minutes for us to receive it. But you don't have to do anything then.
Specialist
Some medication you cannot get through your family doctor but has been prescribed by the specialist in the hospital. In that case, you must repeat the medication through your specialist.
