We will take you through the journey:

Step 1: Prescription Request
You are visiting the doctor and he or she writes a prescription.
The doctor sends us the prescription digitally.OF
Your medication has run out and you have a repeat open. You can contact the pharmacy and we can repeat it for you.

Your medication has run out and you do not have a repeat. Contact your (home) doctor for a new prescription.
No more worries about prescription requests from now on? We can arrange the prescription for you. With the repeat service, we arrange the prescription with your GP and make sure your medication is ready for when you start the last strip. Sign up for the repeat service. -
Step 2: Processing and checking the prescription
We have received your prescription and start working on it.
We check if all the medicines are available and look for an alternative if necessary. We check if everything is in order.
What do we check if the prescription is correct:
The correct dosage (once a day? at breakfast or in the evening?)
the correct strengthwhether it is suitable for you;
- can it go together with your other medication
- are you not allergic?
- can it go together with your conditions?
- whether it goes together with your lab values, for example kidney function. (give us permission)If we see an abnormality, we will contact your doctor and/or you.
We will update your record so that your doctor and other health care providers are informed.
If everything is approved, we will place an order.

Step 3: prepare prescription
We will have processed your prescription and then start preparing the medication. We order your medication from the wholesaler.
At night we are called by the wholesaler. In the morning we prepare your medication. if your medication is ready then you will receive a message from us.
To do this we need your phone number and / or mail (please provide your information).
Wait for your message. -
Stage 4: checking.
everything is checked, multiple times.
There are always 2 assistants and one pharmacist looking at your prescription. We are also supported digitally and there are extra checks in the processes.
This way we try to deliver the medication to you as safely as possible. -
Step 5: Handing
Have you received your message? then you can pick up the medication.
The message will tell you if it can be picked up at the counter, in the safe or if we will deliver it to you. -
Step 6: administration
If your medication is reimbursed by the health insurance company, you do not have to worry about it and we will handle it further with your health insurance company. Is it not reimbursed, or the insurance company rejects the dispensation. Then we will send you the invoice.
