How does it work?

Do you use medication daily? Then the pharmacy can keep track of the stock for you and automatically request repeat prescriptions for you.

  1. As soon as your medication is about to run out, the pharmacy automatically requests a new prescription from your doctor in a timely manner (So you don't have to keep track of this yourself).
  2. If your doctor agrees, we make your medications ready for use.
  3. As soon as the order is ready, you will automatically receive notification from us
Not all medications can be repeated automatically. We will contact you in that case.

New user of Your Care Online portal or app?

Some drugs are excluded from online repeat. If you repeat such a drug, you will receive a message from your pharmacy.

How does it work?

This repeat form allows you to easily order your prescriptions if you still have a valid repeat prescription. For repeat pill, insulin and aids, you do not need a repeat prescription and can use this form.

Not all medications are eligible to repeat themselves. We will coordinate that with you.

Processing times recipes

As soon as your prescription is ready, you'll get a message. If you're getting something for the first time, it's usually on the same day, for a repeat prescription it's usually the next business day.
