House Rules Berkel Pharmacies

Please your attention

Because several clients are always present in the pharmacy at the same time, house rules have been set up by the pharmacy to prevent accidents, incidents and confusion. With the goal of creating and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for clients, visitors and staff alike.

  • Clients behave according to generally accepted (decency) norms and values. By this we mean, among other things:
    • Let others have their dignity, even if they have different opinions.
    • Give each other space for private conversation.
    • Don't touch other people's property.
    • Don't harm anything or anyone.
  • In the pharmacy, you are expected to respect the privacy of other clients. We also ask that you respect the privacy of the pharmacy staff. Employees and visitors to the pharmacy may not be filmed or photographed uninvited.
  • The pharmacy reserves the right to ask persons who exhibit unacceptable or offensive behavior, or who do not comply with house rules, to leave the premises. Aggression, violence and intimidation will not be accepted in the pharmacy.
  • In the pharmacy it is good practice that disabled clients are given priority seating.
  • Theft and vandalism will be reported to the police. In the process, the perpetrator of the crime is turned over to the police. In all cases, the costs will be recovered from the offender.
  • The pharmacy is not liable for theft of property of clients.
  • Would you please park your bike or car so that everyone can continue undisturbed.
  • In case of emergencies, you should follow the instructions of the staff or the competent authority (fire department, police).
  • Smoking is not allowed. This also applies to the e-cigarette.
  • Mobile calling is allowed only if it relates to your health care needs.
  • Dogs are not allowed due to possible allergy symptoms of other pharmacy visitors. An assistance dog is, of course.
  • Medications that have been out of the pharmacy will not be returned.
